I HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE, IS THE CLASS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes! The class ranges from new beginners to a little more experienced.
There are many variations of poses offered so everyone can feel comfortable in their practice.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN MAT?
No, there are plenty available for use. However if you have your own please feel free to bring it along.
I AM RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY; CAN I STILL COME TO THE CLASS?
Yes, as long as the injury is not in the acute phase. Many people come to yoga as a form of rehabilitation to strengthen
the bodies and improve their sense of well being. Variations of different poses are offered throughout the class to cater
for everybody.
I AM NOT VERY FLEXIBLE; WILL I BE ABLE TO DO YOGA?
Yes! Yoga is suitable for everybody and is a perfect way to improve your mobility safely.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Comfortable clothing which, allows unrestricted movement. We practice in bare feet. Loose clothing or leggings are often worn to yoga classes.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Water, some people like to bring a towel, a yoga mat only if you have one and a smile. Please arrive with an empty stomach.
DO I NEED TO BOOK FOR THE CLASS?
There is no need to book for the class. Though please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. It is also advised to check the website before class in case of any updates to the timetable.
