Namaste and welcome to My Yoga

My name is Nicole and I believe yoga is a science for personal evolution.  My yoga journey began over two decades ago and is now fundamental to all aspects of my daily life. 

After devoting over 800-hours to instructor training (and still counting) I would like to show you how to: 

  • Reduce stress and clear the mind
  • Tone muscles, improve core strength and flexibility
  • Rebalance and stabilise emotions
  • Nourish and rejuvenate the whole body inside and out
  • Improve joint mobility and stability

My Yoga offers both dynamic and restorative classes blending ancient yogic philosophy with western musculoskeletal release. Classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
