Nicole believes yoga is a beautiful science for personal evolution — a lifelong path of learning, healing, and self-discovery. With over 1,000 hours of study and training spanning more than three decades, yoga continues to inform every aspect of her life, both on and off the mat.
The yoga Nicole shares comes from a Viniyoga approach — a gentle and adaptable style rooted in the Hatha yoga tradition. Viniyoga emphasises meeting each student where they are, rather than fitting everyone into a single mold. It’s a personalised practice that honours the individual’s body, mind, and stage of life, using breath awareness, mindful sequencing, and therapeutic application to support balance and wellbeing.
At its heart, this is a modern expression of Hatha yoga — the classical path of asana (posture), pranayama (breathwork), relaxation, and meditation. Designed to create harmony and steadiness, Hatha yoga offers a foundation from which all other styles grow.
In Nicole’s classes, you can expect:
Adaptable sequences that honour your unique needs and abilities.
A balance of movement and stillness, strength and release.
Gentle guidance to move with your breath and listen deeply to your body.
A practice that nurtures flexibility, strength, inner calm, and resilience.
Drawing from her background in Yoga, Psychosomatics, Meditation, Anatomy & Physiology, and Therapeutic Cupping, Nicole’s teaching blends ancient wisdom with modern insight. Her intention is simple — to help others reconnect with their innate sense of wholeness, clarity, and inner peace.
