My Yoga Profile
Nicole first incorporated Yoga in her life over 15 years ago. At an early age she
began practicing with the intent to compliment and strengthen her then sporting
passion, equestrian. Through Yoga therapy, injury recovery time improved as
well as increasing her core strength. Soon the deeper benefits of yoga were
realised and over the years Nicole’s practice expanded to many varied styles of
yoga such as Hatha, Power Yoga and Kundalini. Yoga became a physical
meditation, a pathway to inner peace.
